COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crea assuefazione!

Taste: very fruity, peaches, bitter hops, bit sugary, sweet, some spices. Aftertaste: fruity hops, little dry, lots of peaches.

Incredible beer. Although the large amount of hops used, it’s balanced and very easy to drink !

750 ml bottle. A hazy pale amber beer, with a large, frothy, fully lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (cookies), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, pine needles, resin), with perhaps a note of tea. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, very long finish with moderate to heavy bitterness. Above the average in every department, even in the nose, that’s not as powerful as expected. Very juicy, citrusy and drinkable. Definately one of the best European IPAs.

Citrus, especially orange, yeast and hops with some caramel undertones in the aroma. The flavor is very caramel based mixed with citrus and hops. This ale is sorta of hard to define, its almost as if its a mixture of an IPA and a Belgian-style ale but sort of isn’t at the same time, it was good but not over the top great.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Resin and pine aromas. Dry with sweet, dry caramel upfront turning grapefruit in the medium length finish.

On tap. Now THIS is an IPA. All of the flavors that you are expecting from an IPA are here, but represented in a very complex way. The smells are amazing, and the journey from first sip to aftertaste is amazing.
