COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crea assuefazione!

Dark brownish body, white head. Aroma has nice malty caramel, some really decent hops. Flavour has roasted malty notes, caramel, and rich hoppy flavours. There’s lots of little things going on in the beer, but the depth is missing. Good anyway

750 ml bottle shared with Billy the night before his wedding, from Bieropholie, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. 11MR11.

App.: Murky dirty amber with a rocky white head. Aroma: Strong leafy, soapy, woodsy, citrusy hops, resin, a little bright fruitiness, old apple juice, yeast and wet bread dough, a little biscuit and dark bread crust, a little odd but decent. Palate: Medium body, sloppy effervescence with a few sharp bubbles. Flav.: Resin, pine, orange rind, soap, woodsy, more like a good (really good) APA or ASA, C-hops, leafy, dank hops, some fruitiness, really nice; off-dry with good bitterness and a nice fruity, resinous, malty finish.

Well done!

Bottle from Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours amber with a big creamy white head. Aroma is moderate flowery and fruity hops. Taste is crisp and fresh fruity hops, peach, grapefruit and citrus. Smooth and almost oily mouthfeel, a good italian ipa.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2013 Big beautiful bottle, reminiscent of a Bailey bottle or port wine. Good hoppy flavor of American hops. Good tasty IPA but fails to stand out from the crowd with something extraordinary..

750ml bottle from IPB.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with a med foamy and creamy head. Light lacing.
Aroma : Spicy and citrusy hops. Quite spicy and a bit veggy. A bit earthy too and a bit herbal. Nice malt.
Taste : Nice malt with hops. Hops are spicy and a bit citrusy. nice malty finish with enjoyable hops.
Overall : Not bad but a bit disappointing. Great malt but the hops are not that good. Maybe it’s not that fresh since it’s coming from Italy. Different IPA. Quite drinkable and rather tasty. Nothing stellar though.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Strong aroma of resin, hops & tropical fruit. Rich hazy amber colour with a big long-lasting foamy head. Dry hop flavour with hint of resin. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Comes in a beautiful bottle.

Boutip (5025) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 13, 2011
Bottle: Poured a dirty beige color ale with a super large foamy head with good retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma consists of earthy hops with floral notes with strong Belgian malt with light sweetness. Taste is also a very nice mix between some earthy hops with dryness and floral notes with a solid malt backbone with nice flavour. Body is full with perfect carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed and easily drinkable.

Bottled. A golden beer with lots of bubbles and a big fluffy white head. A really nice citrus dominated beer. Lovely hops. Oranges. Welcoming aroma. Excellent in the mouth with superb hops again and a nice balancing body from the malts. Completely lacks sweetness. A lovely beer indeed.

Cloudy amber beer with a persistent thick frothy head. Peppery rich hops dominate, not talking US style hopping but it’s well hopped. Sour tang also keeps things interesting.
