COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crea assuefazione!

Kolor: Złoty, wpadający w jasno-pomarańczowy. Piwo jest mętne.
Piana: WoW! To się nazywa piana! Biało-kremowa zbudowana z średnich i małych oczek.
Zapach: Całe zatrzęsienie cytrusów i tropików: ananas, mango, pomarańcza, marakuja, morela.

Bottle from Secret Santa. Thanks man! Pours a hazed yellow orange with a small white head. It fades to a film on top. Ok lacing. Aroma is doughy and piney, with some earth notes. Flavor has medium bitterness with underlying earthy, mineral water notes. Lively mouthfeel with prickly carbonation. Finishes with a lingering bitterness.

330 ml bottle bought at HK Brew Craft in Central.

Preparation: fridged bottle; Rested in room temperature for 7 minutes. Popped at 10°C (within recommended temperature range) onto the Duvel tulip.

Looks: Cloudy hazy golden honey colour with thin trace of yeast sediments; One finger head and white foam which lasts for 2 minutes; Beautiful sticky lacing with near zero carbonation.

Aroma: Very fragrant sweet ale malt, with grapefruit, strong passion fruits, tangerines, floral, strong honey, sugar, strong pine, strong resin, yeast, faint lemon and thin grass.

Taste: Medium sweet and Ale malt, with strong grapefruits, caramel, strong floral, molasses, pine, resins, light earth, light biscuits, yeast, lemon, fairly strong bitter hops and grass.

Body: Mid to light body. Thin, slightly slick and fairly oozy palate.

Mouth Feel: Good strong Ale maltyness in a thin, quite watery body. Good caramel backbones. Grapefruit is omnipresent. Strong Cascade floral and nice moderate sweetness. Pine and resin strong but restrained, much like an APA. Good lemon to round. Easy and comfy!

Hoppiness: Grapefruit, strong passion fruits, tangerines, floral, strong pine and strong resin in nose. Strong grapefruits, strong floral, pine, resin, light earth, lemon and grass in taste. Bitterness is close to strong for a lasting, astringent bitter sweet finish.

After Taste: Fairly dry. Piney and bitter to mouth.

Comments: Compared to Re Ale, this one is watery but the maltyness is all there, with excellent 3C fruity aroma, and fairly expressive piney oozy taste. Hard to pin down whether it’s an APA or IPA, but either way it’s well-made, easy to down and enjoyable. Nice enough!

on tap @ Ei8ht Ball / Bellevue KY --- Hazy medium amber color, off-white head cover, broken sheets of lace. Taste is malt with a burst of caramel that moves through the palate to mild European hops to finish. Not enough hops to blot out the malt, leaving a satisfying, balanced brew. Solid.
