COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crea assuefazione!

Bottle. Pours a deep gold with a large-grained, fast-disappearing, off-white head. Nose is intensely candied orange, muscat grapes, violets, and a little rosemary. Sweet and savory up front; there’s kind of a cheese and marmalade thing going on at the beginning. The bitterness kicks in on the midpalate with an ashy, dry, herbal punch, and never goes away after that; the beer seems to be all about the contrast between the sweetness and fruitiness and the abrupt dryness, and in that it works. Sparse, parched finish with a bit more savory, biscuity notes. Interesting take on the style, and somehow very Italian.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, golden colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit and lemon circle around a passion fruit and pineapple double star gravitational centre, additionaly a touch of orange, cautious hints of brett-like yeasty action. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of orange, lemon and grapefruit, hints of passion fruit and pineapple. Full body, meaty, juicy, almost viscid palate.

6.4%ABV. IPA Tapped out a nice amber. 14ºSRM. Nose is full of bright peppery flavors. There is also a pronounced aroma of unripe star fruits, which for the uninitiated is an aroma that combines pineapple, grapefruit and grass. Mouthfeel is soapy. Carbonation is adequate to carry the nicely malted body that has water biscuit, wheat toast and rice. The hop finish is peppery and light with a slight lean towards being a little aggressive. Interesting.
