Crea assuefazione!

Into a tall glass. Three fingers of head, big and frothy. A hazy, dark straw colored body. Smells like lemon and pine, and a floral note. Which was a nice surprise. A solid malty taste, toned down pine bitterness. Tasty. Silky texture, moderate carbonation with a fizz. This is a good beer. For an American IPA it does not have the characteristic bitterness, or maybe I’m used to higher IBU for IPAs. In any case, it’s still enjoyable.

IPA with an Italian twist. Goes towards the Belgian IPA style but isn’t really there. The beer has a high carbonation but the taste isn’t quite "Belgian". Overall, a decent "hybrid" IPA.

Poured a slightly cloudy golden body with two finger head that left lace down glass. An earthy, floral aroma with touch of grain and some sweet malts. Somewhat sharper, spicier hops - good crispness to beer. Medium bodied and filling, the hops give off citric notes and there’s minor caramel sweetness. A little different from most IPAs with a more pronounced dryness.

Fresh fresh fresh. Wheaty pale and hoppy aroma. Potently clear this baby is hopped up and ready to mingle. BIG white head and orange color. More fruit than I had anticipated. Citrusy but also melon. Hoppy but not too astringent. Possibly mellowed out from all the travelling it’s been doing. It’s clean boy. Clean as a whistle. You could eat off that shotgun. What’s that, a 12 gauge?

Colour is golden/orange, hazy. Minimal white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity. The taste enhances the fruit, but it keeps it wonderfully mild and elegant. Smooth til the end. Bitter finish, grapefruit after taste. Beautiful beer.
