from le Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - hazy amber beer with a poor head retention; charming and very aromatic hoppiness showing notes of tea, peaches and herbs; low carbonation and medium-bodied; juicy and with a respectable bitterness; long herbal and fruity hoppy finish with more notes of tea; slightly dry - very pleasant

Bottle at EBBC12. Cloudy amber with a big off-white head, very floral and citrus-hoppy nose, rich and chewy and dry. Hoppy without being acrid. Smooth.

Dark yellow colour, a bit cloudy. Aroma is cirusy and has plenty of fresh hop. Flavour has some grapefruit and other citrusy tones. Has a nice fresh, bitter feel and a dryer finish.

[5/12/12] Bottle sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Clear golden with a bubbly white head. Slightly soapy aroma of floral and citric hops. Rather dry flavor, a bit soapy, with a bit of yeast, some fruitiness and grapefruity and floral bitter hops. Medium-bodied.

Sample from bottle, CBF 2012. Hazy orange colour with a white head. Very good aroma with malts, fruits and a bitter, hops-pines note. Taste is bitter with some fruity malts in background. Long, bitter finish with grapefruits, hops and fruity malts. Very well made IPA.

Bottle @ Ølfestival København 2012.
Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of strong lemon zest, caramel and floral notes. Flavour of caramel, really strong lemon, floral hops, caramel and hay. Quite aggressive and a citrusy bitter finish. Impressive.

Pours clear golden orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops, fruits, lemon and grapefruit. Taste is citrusy hoppy with some lemon and hops. Finish is sticky and slightly malty with some grapefruit notes. Okay, quite well balanced lemony IPA.

1L growler, pours clear golden hue with a nice white head and floral/grassy/caramel aroma. Huge grassy explosion as it hit the tongue (centennial?) with the slight caramel flavour in the backround, tastes quite fresh. This beer has loads of flavour and it all mingles well, decent IPA.

Bottle. Fruity hop aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good fruity vegetable hop flavour. Clean bitterness, distinct but not rough. Good mouthfeel. A little yeast in the aftertaste.

On tap at Bir & Fud. Clear amber pour with a white head. Piney hop aromas. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. This is one of the better IPAs I have had in Italy. Creamy mouthfeel with good body, and balance. Somewhat fruity hop notes with enough pine resin to make it not overly sweet and a sturdy malt backbone. Well done. I imagine the draft version is the only way to go with this beer....
