COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

Bottle at home. Has a clear amber colour with a creamy light beige medium head. Nice. Sweet and fruity aroma with fruity hops, berries, caramel and some bubble gum. Dried fruit in the flavour along with caramel, bread, hops, leather and some pine. Has a slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A malty, balanced and sweet ale. Easy drinking.

A liitle roasty, resin, grass, amber clour, cloudy, a nice off white head. A low 4 on apperance :) a light bitter taste at first, but after a whild you can feel the biterness is comin back, in a good way, medium body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish, i feel the biterness longer and longer for each "zip" :)

Big ofwhite head. Deep brown body with strong carbonation. Wooden earthy herbal aroma with gooseberry notes. Dry-sweet wooden funky tropical fruit taste with herbal spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy, slightly oily mouthfeel. Dry-sweet herbal fruity gooseberry aftertaste with resiny spicy minty notes. Excellent! Full of flavour and very vivid. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly.)

Tap at Gar Eden. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is malty, touch of fruit. Berries, little bit tropical, yeasty too. Taste is quite nice, easy drinking, not too challenging, initial fruitiness, finish is bit bitter and more malty. Slight sweetness too.

6.4% from Rakuten. 750ml bottle. A nice golden brown color with a good one inch head of off-white foam. It has a lovely fruity aroma! The flavor is biscuity & caramel malt notes then sweet fruits before finishing with crisp bitter hops. Very nice the perfect beer to celebrate my wife’s nice TOIEC score.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle, B.B. 2007 - So I guess that this beer is of the first to have left the brewery. Light amber/orange with golden hues. Fruity aroma with oranges, grapefruits - however the hops seems to have faded somewhat. Taste is sweet. Medium body, still some carbonation left. Finishes fruity with faint citrus hops. Probably better when fresh, still flavourful.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Stovner ( bu). Copper unclear ( sediments- bad pouring), good foam. Immediate malty aromas, dried fruits, also general fruitiness, caramel and hops comes afterwards. Medium body & medium/ high complexity . Soilid bitterness. Good balance
