COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

Pours dark amber and copper with a good size white head. Nose is citrus, mainly grapefruit, some hay and old leather. Flavor is sweet mostly with a small bitterness at the end. Mouthfeel is creamy and full bodies. Long aftertaste. Great APA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear copper/amber color with a medium lt tan head. Aroma is very buttery...butterscotch. flavor is also loaded with butterscotch...some earthy bitter hop notes but mostly a diacetyl bomb. Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is bitter butterscotch.

Bottle at Taste Firenze. Rounded malt flavor, nice rich body. Nice hops, like tobacco, grass. Good caramel malt, not too sweet. A good, clean APA with great body.

Smells like hops! Floral, bitter smell. Reddish amber with no head. Big hop flavor! Citrus, dandelion, pepper. Finishes a bit sticky.

Super fruity - real glam stuff. Light and quenching with lots of bubblegum style fruit flavours - apple, banana, cherry etc. Well done in that it was never cloying or hard to finish a pint, though more than a few might prove otherwise. Very solid.

On tap at Selezione Birra 2012, Rimini. Pours a copper color with a small off-white head. Big bubbles. Aroma is hoppy and lightly bready. Pine needles. Taste is a bit caramely and bitter. Nice resiny hoppiness. Good carbonation. Almost an IPA for the hops bill.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2012 Molto buona questa america pele ale! Se non fosse per l’odore ferroso, rivaleggierebbe con le migliori birre americane!! Senza dubbio! 03/03/2012 Riassaggiata e comprate altre 2 bottiglie buonissima!

Pours a perfectly clear deep reddish copper with a perfect 1 finger head that stays for the whole glass. Aroma is gooseberry, blood orange, mild biscuit, deep complex caramel. Taste is an absolutely sublime balance between caramel sweetness, gooseberry, and tangerine notes. Body is medium, medium carbonation, finishes with big caramel sweetness followed by just enough hops to balance. overall, there are very few beers that truly inspire me, but this one was truly something special.
