COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

Perfectly balanced. This must be rated accordingly in these days of extremes in taste. Cheers!

Pours a clear amber beer with a medium, beige head. Smells malty, hoppy but sadly suffers from some sulfur. Tastes malty and bitter. Leaves a gentle maltysweet palate. Okay beer, nothing special.
