COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

Bottle, One Mile End brewpub, best before, somewhere in 2017. Super hazy. Hey. Flowery aroma. Loads of papaya, bubblegum, hey, excellent bitterness. Oranges. Lemons. Super soft malts. Some priming sugar. Tangy lemon peel. So damn drinkable. Utterley excellent. Dry and fruity finish. World class.

(bottle, 33cl) Almost cloudy, deep amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Juicy fruity and piney fruity hoppy aroma with notes of pineapples, strawberries and grapefruit, but also traces of cat piss/urine cake. Moderately bitter and mildly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry-ish malt character with hints of toffee with drying piney and mildly fruity hops; bitter and mildly sweet piney/resiny hoppy finish. 19.II.16

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2016 In bottiglia. Colore ambra molto scuro. Bel cappello di schiuma, soapy. Naso gradevolmente agrumato. Carbonazione soffice.

Tap sample. Poured clear light copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate complex citrus hop aroma. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Solid brew.

Luppolatura molto equilibrata.

Draught. Not too bad, but the grapefruit taste and aroma is too dominant for my liking.
