A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

From a bottle. Pours dull cloudy orange, minimal head, Belgian flavours more than IPA. Not what I expected but still quite nice.

Boa breja!

Bottle. If you like sweeter pale ale’s then this is for you. To me it could use a bit more hop flavour, but it was an old bottle so maybe it was lost by the time I got to it.

had a 750ml bottle of this in Delirium cafe in November 2013 when they were selling it for about 4 euros a bottle. It was about 18 month past its sell by date and I drank it after a days heavy drinking. Anyway, poured a hazy yellow with floaty bits. Aroma was quite sharp but also hoppy. taste was a little sour, hoppy dry finish. Will try it in date next time.
