COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

On tap. Light amber color, slightly hazed, white head. Perfumed and fresh on the nose. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus with a nice malt blend and floral hops. Taste is crisp, properly bitter. Medium bodied, nice dry finish. Good.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

Honey. Cloudy. Not bad. Bottle in carluccios in Heathrow. Not even a spoons in this terminal. Interesting drop for a chain restaurant. Doable.

Pours a bright golden yellow with fizzy head. Nice hoppy aromas with tropical fruit notes. Smooth easy drinking w/fruity hops all the way to the finish.

UPDATED: APR 17, 2016 Bottle. A bit hazy amber to copper colour with a medium creamy tan head, aroma is fruity/floral, almost perfumed with strong notes of lychee, papaya and other tropical fruits, sweet fruity, a bit boozy taste with a very creamy mouthfeel and a distinctive bitter finish. Very smooth and tasty

Del Borgo sampler, bb08/2017 (generous). - Bref: takes an Italian dessert approach to an English IPA’s gorgeous malts, a US approach to tealeaf hops. Honey amber pour. Sweet tealeaf aroma, Earl Grey with honey and sweet lime, canned pineapple in its syrup, a touch of the sugar-cultured live yeasts. Some yeast-powered esters and mild, sweet abv fumes framing lovely honeyed marmelade malt body, great tealeaf bitters again. Low, real ale indeed carbonation that feels natural. Will happily revisit.

Bottled at the Craft Beer festival in Zagreb. Full golden body with a small white head. Lovely aroma, mild, fruity white wine with honey and orange. Taste... heavy honey, maltiness with a pretty soft finish. medium to low bitterness - yeah, this is definitely and English IPA. Notes of pollen, herbs in the finish, almost no aftertaste. Nice!

Bottle, One Mile End brewpub, best before, somewhere in 2017. Super hazy. Hey. Flowery aroma. Loads of papaya, bubblegum, hey, excellent bitterness. Oranges. Lemons. Super soft malts. Some priming sugar. Tangy lemon peel. So damn drinkable. Utterley excellent. Dry and fruity finish. World class.
