COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

Bottle in Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours a dark, cloudy golden-brown with a white, foam head. Full hop aroma, though subtly subdued in a way, with notes of earth, grass and pine. Has a light to medium sweet flavor, mild honey and caramel, medium to strong bitterness, sticky and resinous, freshly cut grass, dank hay, some citrus rind. Medium to full in body with average carbonation. Warm, warm finish, sticky hops, more grass and resin, background malts. Good stuff.

Draught @ GBBF 2005: Orange coloured. Unclear. Has a huge huge beige head. Very odd beer. Soapy, citric aroma. Flavour is herbal and floral and has a strange rubber undertone. Notes of stale fruit. Is quite sourish and metallic in the end. This is not a bad beer, but it definately is strange tasting and smelling.

Orange, hazy, nice head. The aroma is sweet and malty, just like the flavour that has a vinous touch to it. It has notes of fruit, caramel and a nice bitterness, that is felt in the entire mouth.
