A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

750 ml shared bottle at Cardinal. Clear orange with a small lasting dense beige head leaving good lacing. Sweet honey, bitter orange marmelade and black tea with milk aroma. Some pollen notes too. Smooth and full bodied. Sweet and a well balanced bitterness.

750ml bottle poured in a chalice. Delicious American beer made in Italy. A: Absolutely beautiful presentation. Nice bottle with the brewery logo stamped in the glass. Nice label and format too. The beer itself is also a charm. Pours a orange almost amber color with a medium nice beige head which dissipates quickly leaving many lacings. Carbonation and some particles make it a bit cloudy: Small bubbles are formed in the bottom of the glass S: Pure perfume of hops. Smells like an IPA. Caramel malts and yeasts. A bit watery, I would dare T: Follows the nose. Some caramel malts but in overall, dominated by hops. Strong and delicious hop citrus bitterness. Very grassy M: Light body I would dare to say. Considerable carbonation D: Puro piacere! Troppo buona birra! :) [ BA Review @ 10/31/2010 ]

Aroma bem lupulado.

Deep amber color. Creamy white head. Lots of crystal malts, very approachable, earthy, malty IPA but very well made. Very enjoyable. Good stuff

Fresh American pale ale. Despite the high ABV you can drink several bottles on one night.

Bottle at home (best before 12/2013, batch LS179/11). Pours clear amber with an off-white head for the first glass, later more hazy with yeast. Aroma is floral hoppy fruity, yeast, malts, bit of orange. Taste is sweet, caramel malty, fruity, hoppy, pine, resin, bit herbal with a dry bitter finish. Long bitter aftertaste. Nice, must even be more hoppy when fresh.

Drunk 26/08/14 at home. got it from beergeek on friday night. walked in and right away pavster morphed into full salesbeast mode and showed me all the new shit. this was what he recommended. pours dark amber with a creamy head. hoppy herby citrus aroma. bit disappointed with the taste. its less hoppy, more malty. its biscuity, spicy, with orange, grapefruit. i thought it was kinda flat & not worth the pricetag
