ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Cloudy brown beer, residual tan head. Light semi crisp palate. Nice malt - a slighty sour toffee with some chocolate sweetness. Dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle at Chris O’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Dark brown color. Coffee, licorice and nuts in the aroma and flavor. Some charcoal in finish. Oily palate. Strangely tastes sweet and salty at the same time.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours hazy brown with a tan head. Big sweet character, dark malts and roast, lots of coffee. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Extremely oily texture. Dry roast, coffee and cocoa to finish.

Bottle. Black beer with a fairly strong fizzy evaporating head. The aroma is gently bitter, and the flavour is fairly bitter with a sour malty finish. Overall a very drinkable dark and mildly bitter beer.

Color nero impenetrabile con schiuma color caffelatte compatta. Al naso è davvero invitante con malto tostato (ovviamente), caffè e leggero cacao. Anche in bocca non tradisce la attese, cremosa, beverina e con un bel finale tostato e abbastanza persistente. Direi un buon bere...

Versa di colore nero/marrone con una schiuma beige,abbondante e duratura. Aroma di malto moderato e caffè tostato. Gusto dolce e amaro, con una lunga durata. Corpo medio, come la carbonatazione.Godibile.
