Flaske fått av nabo, drukket på hytta med esp0r, svart farge med beige skum, en mørk øl som er lett men samtidig kompleks. Smaker aske,svartbrent malt,kaffe,hint av tobakk,lakris,sukker,gjær,krydder.

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2012 Bottle@home, 75cl. Head: shrinking, beige colored foam. Color: dark brown. Aroma: roasted malt, some hops. Taste: roasted malt, some sweet, dark tobacco, bitter. Palate: smooth, smoked, some sweet, dry, bitter finish. Overall:nice surprise, very nice.

Gassy foamy tan head nine foot high dark pour aromas vanilla coffee mocha dark chocolate liquorice cocoa the flavours rich chocolate coffee mocha like cocoa liquorice raisin plum bitter salty taste good balance finish hop and malt tastes give a good touch bitter sweet flavours decent aftertastes very nice porter

Bottle from Coppers in Newcastle. Hazy brown/black in colour with chocolate and blackcurrant fruity flavours with a smooth roasted finish.

ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Cloudy brown beer, residual tan head. Light semi crisp palate. Nice malt - a slighty sour toffee with some chocolate sweetness. Dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle at Chris O’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Dark brown color. Coffee, licorice and nuts in the aroma and flavor. Some charcoal in finish. Oily palate. Strangely tastes sweet and salty at the same time.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours hazy brown with a tan head. Big sweet character, dark malts and roast, lots of coffee. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Extremely oily texture. Dry roast, coffee and cocoa to finish.

At Chriso Pre Gbbf 2011. Dark brown beer with some choc nites and some slight sourness. Ok better than most

Bottle. Black beer with a fairly strong fizzy evaporating head. The aroma is gently bitter, and the flavour is fairly bitter with a sour malty finish. Overall a very drinkable dark and mildly bitter beer.
