From a 750 ml bottle, murky orange / brown pour with a foamy white head. Aroma made up a caramel malty base, piney & grassy hops with a orange peel tang. Other spices give character and the ginger comes through. Lots going on but it all come together nicely with a long dry finish.

Pours orangish brown with a small white head. The nose is sweet dark fruit with pine and wooden notes mixed in. The taste is high bitter, lower sweet which is the opposite of what I would have expected. The texture is crisp and clean, body is light and the finish is medium.

Murky darker copper amber, med-big foamy head, disperses in good time. Smells.. Hops, caramel, herbal/floral orange and seems like a a breakfast tea..prob the oak or something. Tastes..kinda fruity some grapefruit / other citrus, mild but tasty hop flavours and healthy malt dose. No ’beer’ challenge, but this is really very good.

Bottle. Pours a hazy bronzy amber with small whit ehead. A little lacing as it falls away. Aromas are sweet with a fair amount of caramel. Some wood comes through as does some light citrusy hops. Malt definately dominates though. Flavours are likewise sweet with some restrained bitterness on the finish.Medium body.

Pours brown with a fading head.
Nose shows apricots, caramel, figs, honey, coconut. Really interesting stuff.
More apricot flavours as well along with the oaky coconut notes and a bit of pine and grapefruit. Quite sweet.
Great moderately high carbonation.

330ml on tap at open baladin in Rome. Hazel colour with small white head. Taste fruit and alcohol. Overall ok but not really impressed

750ml bottle @ BrewDog Glasgow. Muddy reddish brown colour, big foamy head. Hoppy aroma. Mild fruity spicy hop flavour. Citrus aftertaste. Good pale ale in a very classy bottle.

A me è piaciuta parecchio, non come la settimo anniversario ma cmq quasi! I lieviti da spumante si sentono eccome, la fermentazione in botti dona una buona complessita! Ottima!

Hazy amber color with reddish hue; small frothy head. Delicate and pleasant aroma, some wood and mild red wine. Good malt flavor, strong bitterness, with orange peel character, mimicking the rooibos, hop resins and mild final astringency.
Very good.

Botella, Gracias a yespr para compartirla. Amber color, off-white head. Sweet aroma, fruity hoppy and woody. Flavour is sweet, fruity hoppy, woody and with a good bitterness.
