Pours ruby with a white foam. A sweet raspberry aroma, but the flavour has the sour fruitiness from the raspberry. This also bites the tongue nicely while it goes down smooth.

Sammy (7045) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 3, 2013
On tap at Blue Monk. Pours pinkish with a wisp on head. Sour aroma with a drop of brett. A full mouthfeel is striking from the first sip until the palate gets used to the frontal attack of the raspberries, malt, and enzmes. Very nicely drinkable, a deep taste of raspberry thoroughness and fruit sugar.

Pours amber with a quickly fading head. Nose shows raspberry, soft funk, light clean malt. Delectable. More raspberry as a flavour, along with a fair bit of acidity. Well balanced though with some light malt underneath. Could use more carbonation.

Bottle, bought @ YNWA Beershop. Pours light hazy orange red with a small, frothy film head. Aroma has fresh raspberry, mild grapefruit, soft sweetness. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light oily mouthfeel. Flavour has mild tartness, fresh fruit, raspberry. Fine dry and light tart finish. Good fruit beer.

Draft at Epcot. Poured a clear lavender body with an average sized frothy off white head. Aroma, it was cold so my nose was off, sour raspberry, light funk and some grainy bread. Flavor is the best part of this beer, nicely soured, dry raspberry skins, bread crusts and even a hint of some Brett. Good stuff.

Bottle with my wife, picked up at Mr. B’s. Pou ris clear copper with minimal head and decent lacing. Smell is big sour fruits - cranberries, cherries, green apples, and pears - light notes of funk, dough, and flowers. Taste is moderately tart with more fruit notes - pomegranate, cranberry, white grapes, lemon zest, and pear - other touches of oak and leather with a medium sour finish and lingering aftertaste. Light body with little-to-no carbonation. Pretty tasty sour.
