Premetto che non amo molto il genere. Colore rossastro, ricorda il vino rosato. Schiuma scarsa ed evanescente. Corbonazione bassa. Odore acidulo, ricorda lo spumante. Sapore acido, frutta fermentata, note vinose, secca.

Aroma of tart raspberry, brett funk, sour grapes. Flavour is tart and sour with a light sweetness. Wonderful tart raspberry sour ale, quite delicious.

A unique bottle shape and raspberries practically sold itself to me. A 330ml bottle poured into a La Chouffe tulip glass. Label on the back says best before October 2016. It poured a pinkish copper (rosa according to their own website), small amount of haze and very light head. First thought for smell was apple juice, then lots of tart raspberries. Definitely sour taste, acidic, tart raspberries and strawberry. Very crisp, light body, light carbonation but a bit sticky at the end. Overall it went down easy like drinking juice. I like the sour tart raspberry flavour but would have preferred more carbonation.

Bottle @home Beautiful scorching orange to red, moderate fine vanishing foam. Moderate persisting aroma of raspberry, berries, acetic and malt. Light sweet malty opening, then nicely sour. Raspberry. Average carbonation. Closing is quite astringent.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes and Ansjelaah. Hazy reddish color, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste sourness, slightly acidic, some kind of green herb or leaf. Tastes sour, raspberry, quite nice. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice!

Bottle @ home. Hazy red brown to ruby colour with a small off-white head. Smells mint, dusty, raspberry, herbs, thyme. Tastes raspberry, sourish, dusty, hint of mint, nice! Medium body, nice carbo. Surprisingly nice.

On tap at What’s Brewing. An unclear, pinkish orange beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. The aroma has some weak pale ale, with a touch of malts and grassy, piney hops, and lots of raspberry. It’s dry and medium bodied with a nice carbonation level. Raspberry dominates the flavor too, some bitterness chiming in. Lasting finish. An easy drinkable beer, but also rather one dimensional and a tad boring. 141031

500ML bottle picked up in Chicago. a small haze golden red hue 1 finger big bubbly head. smells like tart berries, maybe grape or raspberry. Tart, wheat heavy, slick oily mouthfeel, should be in a sour wild category. certainly a sour candy flavor as well. nice overall.

Bottle from Mane Liquor Wheelbarrow Repairs. Pours muddy browny orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma contains plenty of sweet strawberry, rasberry, musty grapes, lactobacillus sourness. Flavours are very jammy, lacto tartness keeps the raspberry and cherry in check without being too sour. Well balanced. Dry finish with plenty of berries sitting on the tongue.
