[Tap] Deep garnet colored pour without too much of a head. Tart cherry, vanilla, grapes, mild sourness in the aroma. More of the same in the taste. Raspberry, red wine and oak notes are in there as well. Nice balance and fine carbonation. Good stuff. Tried at Eataly in Chicago. Tasting notes from 1/2014.

Pours an amber brown with no head. Aroma of raspberries and malt. Taste is all raspberries, malty sweet yet sour. Lots of fruit yet sour and funky. Oak and funk. Great sour.

Bottle at GBBF 2013 - London. Pours clear, pinkish-red with a light, white cream head. Fresh berries on the nose with mild sweat. Light to medium sweet with mellow funk and juicy raspberry. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, a bit funky, with faint bitter raspberry seeds. Very nice.

Tap at Gar Eden. Pink red colour. Small pink head. Aroma is lightly funky, raspberry. Taste is good, raspberry at front, not so much sourness. Decent enough but something not quite there in the taste.

Draft at Rustico Alexandria. Poured an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma was some light, sweet and tart fruit notes, dark pitted fruits, some grape notes. Flavor was some light wine character, a little bit of tartness, not too sweet. Pretty easy to drink. Was hoping for a bit more tart funk, but not bad.

Draft at Madtree anniversary party. Pours a reddish amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have a nice fresh raspberry burst, lightly sour/tart, mild plus funk, wood, a bit of a lactic note, very nice beer.

Draft. Poured reddish amber color with average rocky white head that lasted with good lacing. Aroma was moderate to heavy raspberry with a sweet tone. Flavor was moderate to heavy raspberry with a good balanced tart fruit finish of moderate duration. Medium body with pleasing texture and soft carbonation. Solidly above average fruit beer.

Hazy rosey amber with a tart and sourish raspberry tone and a little lactic yeast. Flavor is tart and sour with some smooth fruity raspberry tones that lingers like a sour and tart candy treat. Really dry and tart with big time fruity tones and lactic barrels.
