Cask from bir n fud in rome. Misty deep amber ale with a white halo. Aroma of peaches and tangy tart orange juice. Taste is similar with nice sourness and sweetness. Prickly carbonation and medium - thin body.

(bottle - 11.16 oz) Light red pour with very little head. Big sour, tart and funky aroma. Not much in the way of raspberry. Flavor is incredibly funky and tart as well. Mild raspberry notes but mainly sour. Really nice.

On tap at Bittercreek’s 2014 Funkfest... Hefty pour into a large goblet... orangish with a definite pinkish tinge... fairly long lasting white head... nice lacing. Nose is big bretty funk.. damp basement and wet hay/wet leather... fruit is tart and emerges more toward the end. Flavor is dank funk with a pretty bracing sourness that is punctuated by fermented out raspberry tartness and a bit of fruit tannins. A lot of stuff going on in this one... I enjoyed it, but doubt I would buy it again.

Poured into Jester King stemware -- it’s a very pretty pink/lavender color. Aroma is sweet, tart and funky. Flavor is a hint of sour, a hint of raspberry tartness, and simple delicate finish.

On tap at Mongers. Pours a dark copper color with a large white head. A big funky grape/berry nose. The flavor is light funk, grapes, raspberries, semi-sweet, light oak, pretty mellow all around. Nice fruit beer.

Had this last night. Pours a faint purpleish color with off-white head. Raspberry, tartness, and funk on the nose; follows onto the palate. There is a sweetness in the middle, and finishes with a nice lip smacking tart quality.

Absolutely stunning beer and easily the best I’ve had in a long time! Strong pungent aroma of vinegar, yeast and raspberry. Pour was a very cloudy, bubbly hazy orange with a pink hue when held up to the light. Taste was near perfect. Mout puckering sour with strong biting carbonation. Vinegar and raspberry are strong on the tongue. A very faint dishwater flavor came up in the finish. It was quickly gone, but it was noticeable. Other than that, this beer was near perfect!

Bottle from Plonk. Light reddish-brown, creamy white head, high carbonation, raspberries, yeast, pale malts, tart/dry finish, low bitterness. Really good.
