On tap at the Monk. Pours a near clear ruby gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong tart raspberry note with a touch of earthy funk. Flavor is full of tart and sour raspberry with a bit of funk underlying.

500ML bottle picked up in Chicago. a small haze golden red hue 1 finger big bubbly head. smells like tart berries, maybe grape or raspberry. Tart, wheat heavy, slick oily mouthfeel, should be in a sour wild category. certainly a sour candy flavor as well. nice overall.

Bottle from Mane Liquor Wheelbarrow Repairs. Pours muddy browny orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma contains plenty of sweet strawberry, rasberry, musty grapes, lactobacillus sourness. Flavours are very jammy, lacto tartness keeps the raspberry and cherry in check without being too sour. Well balanced. Dry finish with plenty of berries sitting on the tongue.

Bottle: Ruby red & carrot orange clashing body at 99% opacity. Fizzling gray head is completely gone in seconds. Aroma of must, raspberry skins, wet cotton, & faintly tart lacto. Grows more musty with time. Old, dirty socks & cellar floor vibe. But just very musty, not necessarily "funky". Acidic raspberry skin flavor; sharp, a little tacky & just a small touch of seediness. Mid-palate to finish is a bit watery. Some funk actually does show up in the back-end along with that heavy musk. Like an old, water logged carpet that’s been sitting in your garage rotting for three years. Dry body, crisp & light. Decent.

Very good raspberry wild beer! It's one of the few beers of this type that gets and maintains any kind of a head. It has a clear medium amber color. Aroma is it first mainly yeast, but then Mellows out into malt and raspberry. Flavor is Like aroma with a true natural raspberry taste soft bitterness and acid are all well balanced. Body is perfect. This is just a superb beer of its type. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
