On tap @ Open Baladin. Very interesting pils. Long lasting white foam. Aroma of pilsner malt, herbal and a little bit of citrus given by american hops. Herbal and bready taste. Hoppy final.

Ormai sono estasiato dalle birre del Borgo, solitamente le pils come le lager, faccio fatica a berle ma questa mi ha davvero stupito! E’ una pils e si sente ma ha anche un tocco di india pale ale e soprattutto il classico tocco birra del Borgo! Ottima nel sapore nel retrogusto un po’ meno nell’aroma e nella presentazione. Birra fresca beverina ai massimi, decisamente riuscitissima.

Very nice Pils. White foamy persistent cap over a pale straw yellow appearance. Very crispy and aromatic, due to cascade bittering and saaz dry-hopping, creating a nice and quite original aroma. Malt is present and sustains that beautiful hoppiness. Dangerously swallowable and damn’ quenching.

330ml bottle @ Birra Del Borgo. White foam persistent, golden color, cloudy, at the nose bread and cereal, sweetness of malt, hops, the taste is a intense bitter, maybe too much for a pils! Overall a nice pilsner beer!

Bottle, 13C. Gold with a quivering dome of a white head that’s still and inch most of the way down the glass. High bead. Aroma of lemon, grass, crackers. Taste is bitter, with some light bready malt. Some citrus, lots of herbs and grass. Some tart gooseberry. Very nice.

Draught at Open Baladin. Citrus and pepper nose, with grenn freshly cut grass too. Medium gold with a fine, rocky head. Very grassy nose! Hoppy grass flavor, hay, citrus, minerals, and tight crackery malts. Solid body. Clean and nice pils.

Draught at Open Baladin, Rome Clear golden with a large white head. Flowery and hoppy aroma. Very grassy and hoppy flavour with flowery notes. Medium bitterness.

[ Courtesy of fiulijn ]. ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, grain, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, fruity, citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy hops, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120617]

On tap at Open Baladin, Rome. Pours clear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of peppery hops. Taste is fresh and crisp hoppy, moderate bitter, with a good malty base underneath. Quite tasty.
