3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
At Eataly Rome. Pours a nice cloudy gold with a big white head. Nose of hops, grass and huge amount of lime. In the mouth it is initially malty and gradually gets bitter: bread, pine resin and grapefruit. A good pils but please improve it...some lacks in the overall body.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clean golden body with huge stable head. Very sharp hops yet light grassy feel, carbonation in the nose, thin. Taste is similarity sharp and light. Bitterness is okay but it’s too umbalanced. (33cl bottle from Eataly Torino)

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled 330ml (Eataly Genova, BB 01/2014, alc. 4.9%)
Hazy orange color, good creamy off-white head. Fresh citrus hoppy aroma. Light-bodied. Citrusy hoppyness, but not very bitter, just tickling in the background. Pale malty with papery flavors. Oily finish, light bitterness in the aftertaste. Aroma promised more.

330ml bottle @ Birra Del Borgo. White foam persistent, golden color, cloudy, at the nose bread and cereal, sweetness of malt, hops, the taste is a intense bitter, maybe too much for a pils! Overall a nice pilsner beer!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Birra leggera dal gusto tondo, si presenta limpida con una splendida schiuma persistente. Al palato si apprezza il tono amaro, che schiaccia però il retrogusto, facendole così perdere una ghiotta opportunità. Discreta, ma non imperdibile.
