Very nice Pils. White foamy persistent cap over a pale straw yellow appearance. Very crispy and aromatic, due to cascade bittering and saaz dry-hopping, creating a nice and quite original aroma. Malt is present and sustains that beautiful hoppiness. Dangerously swallowable and damn’ quenching.

Apr 10, 2008 From tap at Bir and Fud, just listed as Pils under the Del Borgo list of beers. Pours almost clear golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light classic pilsner aroma with a light fruity touch. Flavour is light bitter with a mild pilsner malt note. Mild sour note into the finish.
