Bottle: Pours cloudy golden with a thick frothy white head. Aroma is sweet and herbal with a touch of doughy pale malt, honey and sweet/natural green tea. Very interesting aroma. Fluffy light body.Mild flavor but with distinct character. Honeyish with light dough notes and evident green tea character. Surprisingly reminiscent of green tea with honey. An herbal touch, along with residual spiciness and mild hop dryness into the finish. Fairly mild, but its very interesting and individualistic. It works in its subtly.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma of tea and apple, faint honey, perhaps a little strawberry or grape. Flavor is light, faint fruit, some farmhouse. Light body with high carbonation. I liked this one, not bad.

beerinmarch (2830) - Washington, USA - FEB 26, 2009
Poured at Belmont Station. Light hazy yellow with a thin white head. Very doughy malt nose like fresh bread dough, soft herbal hop character. Palate was very light, airy high carbonation, very dry finish. faint tart note. I didnt really get any of the green tea flavor from it, to light bodied to get the green tea sweetness.

Draft at Redlight. Cloudy hazy gold pour with a thin white head. Black tea, slightly cardboard aroma. Malty sweet, spices, citrus, black tea taste. I am kind of mssing what’s suppose to be going on here.

Bottle @ redlight. Big herbal aroma with hints of dark calamata olives, slightly vegetal with hints of canned artichoke hearts, thyme and lemon verbena. Cloudy yellow color. Mildly tart. Clean herbal finish. Mild spiciness. Smooth and zesty, very refreshing, a great warm weather beer. Quite nice and unique.

Pour is lightly hazed golden with thin white head and some white chunks...smell is very very grassy and herbal and really smells like wort...taste is sweet and light with a hint of tea flavoring and dryness in the finish...

Trys to pour a white head but it doesnt so there is no lace. Hazy light amber/orange color, looks like yeast is settling in glass. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Orange, grassy nose. Flavor is tea, grass and sour orange. Weird beer. Expensive at $8.79 for a 375ml bottle from Beverage Warehouse Winooski, VT.

pours a cloudy yellow color. tea flavors dont really show up until the end and by the point it isnt strong enough. very syrupy and sweet. could use some extra carbonation or tartness.

Floral, artichokes, olives, tea in the aroma. Pours cloudy blonde with a white head. Funky, tea, floral, slightly hoppy, with a slight tartness, green tea aftertaste. Very unique.

Not bad, not bad. Poured with a small, cream colored head that quickly faded and no lace. Color is a very slightly hazy amber with some particulates. Aroma is malt, hop, tea, yeast. Flavor is like aroma plus some surprising tartness up front. Body is ok and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and tartness fades to sweet before a bit of tart bittersweetmess at the very end. Long finish. Nice drinking beer. Could have some more of this.
