All’OConnor in bottiglia da 33, offerta da Mauri; continua la saga delle birre insignificanti del Borgo, in versione grande distribuzione. Ma la esportano pure ste robe? bah

Leighton (10483) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 21, 2011
Bottle shared with Nick at the Euston Tap. Browish pour with a mild foam head. Sugary nose, heavy malts, light yeast. Very sweet flavor, plenty of brown sugar, yeast, bready cake. Toast. Medium to full in body with average carbonation. Faintly warming on the finish, tons of sugars, malts, bits of ripe fruits, bread and hints of dough. Very decent.

330 ml bottle. Finland.
Dark amber colour with small off-white head. Dark malty sugary aroma with strong alcohol presence. Strong alcohol and mild maltiness in thinnish flavour. Too much alcohol in flavour to please me.
