Bottle 750ml.

ABV: 7.9%. Light unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, toasted - caramel, flowers, flowery honey, pale wood notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, honey - earthy, flowery honey, fruity - citrus acidic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121218]

Hazy light amber color; medium sized head. Aroma of forest honey, and some of the house signature; deep and elegant. Medium body strength, some straws, malt, honey and vegetables; correct bitterness.
Correctly brewed, but it’s still a honey beer…

Botella, Gracias a yespr para compartirla. Golden hazy color, small white head. Aroma is sweet with fruity hops and spice. Flavour is sweet, fruity hoppy, spiced. Medium bitterness.

Pours a hazy, dark golden orange color with golden yellow edges and a 2.5 finger frothy, pillowy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring.  Soapy lacing left behind. Slight musty/earthy aroma with floral hops, pine needle, light fruit and honey.  Subtle bready yeast and light fruit, especially apple and pear.  Some faint citrus as well. Medium bodied with a balance of earthy hops, roasted malt and sweet honey.  Earthy with some dry bitterness lingering throughout.  Some toasted malt with hints of caramel and toffee countered by apricot, apple and tangerine sweetness.  Hops are a but dirt/soily and the honey presence is faint but it’s still a decently drinkable beer.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and slight spiced. Toasted malty and caramelish. Herbal, bitter and vague spiced. Fruity, toasted malty and herbal dry bitter finish.
