Bottle at Taste Firenze. Described by the brewery representative there as a traditional German Gose. Great flavor of lemon and orange with a slaty finish refreshing and dry as hell, with great citrus and wheat flavors. A great beer, and super drinkable.

Flaske 0,33l - spandert av og delt med Janeriks på jobbens juletilstelning 16 Des. 11. Lys gylden med et lavt skum som forsvinner. Forsiktig fruktig aroma. Tynn på smak. Litt frukt. Bra - men litt kjedelig.

ABV: 5.0%. Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, tart fruit, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity orange - apricot, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110320]

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of fonefan. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body and a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has yeast and a fruity sourness that suits it well. A herbal touch too. It’s full-bodied and a bit too carbonated. The flavor has some of the same fruity sourness and yeast, a herbal touch too. It could use some more punch, it feels a bit too light as it is now, but it’s a quite nice beer anyway. 110320

Bottle@Ulfborg tasting.Pours hazy golden with a white head.Aroma of spicy Belgian yeast, citrus and fruitiness.Flavor is sweet and yeasty with some citrus and floral notes.Medium body, lively carbonation.Nice beer.
