amazing fruity, citric and hop aroma, really pleasant. The taste is not so brilliant, there’s a total lack of bitterness (a bad result being it a pilsner) on the mouth feel and taste. although this, the bitterness comes on the final eventually and it’s very long also
Anyway a good refreshing beer. This brewery is surprising

On bottle @Domus Birrae, blond colour, easy to drink, persistent froth, very pleasant. Not too much complex. Bitter finish. Very good!

Bottle from Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head and lacings. Aroma is malty with some spicy hops. Taste is medium sweet malts, with a slightly pepperish hops towards the end. Dry and hoppy aftertaste, with that spicy addition, strange but rather interesting.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw and citrus as well as light notes of lactobasillus. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and hay, leading to a dry, hayish finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and grassy. Bitter, grassy and slight hoppy flavoured. Citric and bitter into a dry finish.

Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate yeasty, wood - leather notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus bitter, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]
