3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 MrGGen (300) - - AUG 6, 2009

At Exultate, shared with heavy. Poured a hazy yellow lemony colour with a small thick white head. Some chewed up bubblegum in the taste, maybe lemon too. Yeasty, nicely lemony taste, ending with some banana. Not extremely complex but drinkable. Wasn’t as impressed as heavy was.

10/10 Draught at the brewpub. Murky, pale yellow bodied with small dense head. Quite fresh aroma, pleasant wheat yeasty, some citrus and pretty spicy. Flavor was, relatively thin bodied, yeasty with banana, orange and some cloves or similar spices. Relatively thin bodied, but its finish is long, slightly sweet and pleasant. Comparing to older rates, it seems Exultate had their beers improved. This is one of the better wits.

Draught. Given as Giamba Bianco Small yellow, dense head over fully hazy orange beer; very carbonated, leaving rings of lace. Bit of oranges, and obviously quite some coriander. Yeasty, yeast products, very little spiciness, sweet-sourish citrus. Retronasal almonds. Very carbonated MF, light wheat slickness. Drinkable, but one wouldn’t drive a mile off, in order to get this.
