COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Born from the Italian beer brewing tradition, BAFFO D’ORO is a premium, pure malt beer. It is produced using only selected varieties of malted barley and contains no other cereals. The result is a beer with an alcoholic content of 4.8% volume and is characterized by its lively golden colour, to which it owes its name. BAFFO D’ORO with its deep malted flavour fits perfectly with a variety of Italian meals, from pasta to roast meat to pizza.

Una pale lager commerciale. Assaggiata un po’ di anni fa. Non ha caratteristiche uniche che la definiscono

Clear golden color, minimal white head. Malty aroma and taste, some cheap hops, some sweetness, thin body, average carbonation. Quite drinkable for a pale lager.

Kita (1230) - Koper, SLOVENIA - NOV 30, 2014
Bottle, 0.50l. Clear golden color with large frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of bread, grassy hops, a bot of cooked vegetables and mild honey note. Taste starts light sweet malty, following is clean grassy with bready note, dry mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. I think my rating is so high because of the label, other characteristics are pretty average...

330ml bottle served in a pint jug. A: Pours a golden and clear yellow color forming a medium white and bubbled head S: Sweet grains and Heineken flowery hops, mainly. Lager brady yeasts T: Strong taste of grains. Slightly sweet malts upfront. Considerable hoppy bitterness which is quite citrus and grassy Heineken style M: Light body and reasonable carbonation. Malty and hoppy aftertaste O: Medium drinkability. Not a big deal [ BA Review @ 9/4/2010 ]

Aranyló világos barna szín vékony fehér hab. Illata enyhén füves édeskés. Íze az átlagnál meglepően keserűbb kissé édeskés.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma, faint hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and faint hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty and lightly sweetish, faint caramel and hoppyness. Sweetish lager - lacks character.
