COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Born from the Italian beer brewing tradition, BAFFO D’ORO is a premium, pure malt beer. It is produced using only selected varieties of malted barley and contains no other cereals. The result is a beer with an alcoholic content of 4.8% volume and is characterized by its lively golden colour, to which it owes its name. BAFFO D’ORO with its deep malted flavour fits perfectly with a variety of Italian meals, from pasta to roast meat to pizza.

Pours a straw-golden body with some lasting, white foam and lacing-head. Grassy-lactiferous aroma followed by a throughout pale malty flavour. Medium palate (thanks to Ross for the 330ml bottle, 27.04.2008)

Bottle at a local Italian restaurant. Yellow with almost no head. Not much in the way of aroma, pretty bland malty taste.

A blandish watery mass. Fast gone head. Lots of malt and grain but no real substance or interest at all. Bad.

33 cL bottle, thanks to faroeviking. Pours golden and clear orange with a fully diminished white head. Mild grassy towards slight bitter. Mild sweetness. Has a delicate bitterness before the sweetness. Solid bitterness again in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a big fairly lasting creamish white head leaving a good lacing. Sweetish aroma of grains and bit of malt. The flavour has some sweetness with grains, some malt, grass and bir of bitter hops.

<2months after bbf> Has a lot more going for it than the regular Moretti. Exploding head and a relativly powerfull aroma of almonds and malts. Flavor is nice and clean, with a decent amound of hob bitterness. Has a touch of american pine hobs. Very nice for the style.

Bottled at ultimate glasgow tasting. A pritty poor show. Aroma is sweet cornish malts, lightly skunky. Taste is again very cornish, corn syrup and not well balanced. The carbonation us good though.
