COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Born from the Italian beer brewing tradition, BAFFO D’ORO is a premium, pure malt beer. It is produced using only selected varieties of malted barley and contains no other cereals. The result is a beer with an alcoholic content of 4.8% volume and is characterized by its lively golden colour, to which it owes its name. Definitely a cereal lager, probably the first thing you are going to smell in this beer. Not overdone however, like in other beers that contain corn. It has a golden-straw color, with normal white head. You get a malty-corny taste. And a similar finish, maybe a bit watery too. It’s a simple lager beer. Not bad, but nothing really special too. Worth a try.

0,3l on Tap in Rom. Gelbes Lager mit hellem Schaum. Angenehm süffiges Bier, im Abgang kommt ein leichtes Zitrusaroma durch. OK

on Tap @ pizza no limits cassano magnago.

Light yellow golden pour with reasonable head with mediocre amount of ascending bubbles. Hidden smell of some malts. Slightly sweet malty flavor. Thinnish mouthfeel. Overall an okay lager. Better then most i guess. Nothing special though.

Drunk from 66cl bottle in Sicily. Despite clever marketing, fairly standard pilsener. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Long lasting golden creamy head. Nose with straw and a little smoke. Surprising body from a beer at 4.8% ABV. Taste of light caramel, grass and a light german hop character. Overall a nice fat lager with lots of taste and character.

Bottle: Very pale golden color, creamy white head. Grainy, light grassy hoppy aroma. Flavor is grainy, bit cheap, notes of corn and citrus.
