Pour is light amber with thin white head. Light corn aroma with some hops and a hint of alcohol heat Flavour is light sweet malts upfront with a hint of mashmallow. Finish is slightly grapey with some hops and a touch of heat coming through. Not bad for a strong lager.

"decent aroma for a standard (though strong) lager with some grassy hops and sweet generic malts. nothing that stands out but not bad with a meal either. bottle at Macaroni Grill.

33cl bottle. Pours clear golden, with soapy head. Looks and tastes like pale lager. Doppio malto is not there. Drink house wine - it is cheaper.

Heldere gouden kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt mout, hop en kruiden. Beetje pilsachtig. Smaakt bitterzoet, fruitig, hop. Beetje zoetig, kruiden.

Bottled, 0.33l. Courtesy of CanCrusher, many thanks again! Clear golden color with large frothy white head, fair lacing and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of caramel and biscuit malt, grassy and floral hops. Taste starts with moderate sweet malt and mild caramel, following is strong alcoholic medicinal, mouthfeel is spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. It might has some top fermentation features, but surely reminds me of a strog lager...

Slightly yellow / orange golden pour with good white fast dissipating bubbly head. Malts and distant hops for aroma. Sweet malty with a good bitter aftertaste. There?s a bit of an alcohol linger to it. Pretty full body to my surprise, not massive but almost syrupy. Okay carbonation. Hmm....pretty good beer actually, a little on the sweet side but enjoyed it.

In bottiglia.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2013 Bottle 0,33L. Clear golden colour with big, long lasting white head. When skunky smell leaves a bit, some malty aroma comes to the nose - cookies, caramel, vanilla and honey. Moderate sweet taste with earthy yeast note, turns to moderate bitter, long lasting aftertaste.

Tap at a small venue near the Colosseum. Noble hop aroma. Pours gold with a white head. Med minus body. Flavor is a little bready with firm noble hop. Comes across as better than most Euro strong lagers. It’s actually rather refreshing.
