From the 11.2 fl. oz. bottle. From the "I can’t believe I have not rated this one" category the pour is brown to deep amber with a beige, lingering head. The aroma has a burnt sweetness for lack of a better description and malty with hops that are impossible to find. The body is medium. The taste is also sweet with a weird kind of aftertaste and low alcohol burn. It actually has the pungent sweetness of a mild barleywine.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Copper tinted brown pour with a 2 finger, frothy beige head. Aroma is caramel, roasted nuts, floral and spicy hops and lactose like sweetness. Flavor is caramel, some rather strong and bitter vegetal notes, like over sautéed Brussels sprouts, a little roast, booziness, and planty and spicy hops. Medium body with a chewy feel and light, but blanketing carbonation. Falls short a bit in the flavor department, but overall I was pleasantly surprised.

Poured a clear amber with a decent head. Sweet malty and fruit aroma. Sweet bready malts dominate the taste. A little watery. An overall decent macro amber.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a dark amber color with a Fairly large head that fades to bits of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruit, some caramel sweetness and a bit of nut. Taste of roasted malt, dark fruit, some caramel sweetness and bit od spice. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly medium body, smooth and the 7.2% ABV is well hidden. Nice beer that is much more than I expected from a Italian brewer. It is a bit sweet for my taste but still worth a try.

Pretty good bock... Very sweet, malty flavor that is enjoyable. Kinda disappointed that its brewed by Heineken.
