3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Despite the awful overall rating, I rather like this. Pale, its thick white head lasted well, good lace. A smooth, sweetish, malty palate,I had it chilled and it hit the mark. Nice! Asda £1.58

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Looked quite nice in the glass, but the taste was thin and watery. Not bitter enough. There are worse European lagers, I suppose.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
This isn’t terrible, considering it is a pale lager. It doesn’t have an overwhelming metallic smell like macro pale lagers.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
A lively, but clear golden pour. Has a small white head that dissipates quickly.
Does have some lacing. Aroma is grassy....well, actually kinda skunky.....really put off by it. Taste has strong flavor of corn....adjuncts? This is not very good at all. I won’t be drinking this again.

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Pours a very pale yellow with a snowwhite head. Dissipates very quickly but is very fizzy. Smell is lightly grassy with a light bittering hops in the background.
Taste is grassy, rice crispness. Sparkling mineral water flavors. Long unpleasant mineral bitterness. Clean and crisp mouth. Very fizzy. Overall, unpleasant little lager lots of that mineral water bitterness (for lack of a better descripter) and not enjoyable on any level.

Gold colored with aromas of dry hops, some citrusy pale malt. Tastes bland and watery, with some hopcit in the finish.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours like any other pale lager. Uninspiring and boring. Italy is known for wine, not beer..

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
After hearing so many negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with this burnished gold "Italian Heineken." A smooth malty, yeasty nose, I don’t get the vegetal and spicy tones at all, maybe some apple--one of the ubiquitous European pale lagers for sure, but not bad considering. I would choose this over a Bud, I call it a pleasant-enough, sweetish thirst quencher.
