1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottled. Poured a pale yellow with a small dissappearing head. Not much of an aroma to speak of. Some malt presence but nothing to write home about. Another generic euro-lager.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Light straw body with no head, just a ring of bubbles. Decent malt presence with a good amount of hops. Notes of honey, straw, bitter hops, and some caramel. Average in every way. I would drink this again.

2.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Medium gold to bronze. Shows some decent lacing. Subtle nose, very hard to pick up any hop or malt character. Remains subtle in the palate with standard macro larger notes but the strange thing is (and I can’t put my finger on it) that the taste has more appeal that standard pale / premium largers. Huh?
Finishes fizzy and slightly bitter. Not bad.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pretty weak, but somehow tastes pretty good with pizza...I know, Iknow, I’m very suggestable and easily manipulated by advertising. Basically just another Macro...and aren’t we done with those?

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Little to no head on a brassy golden color. Light in aroma and flavor. Inoffensive basically. Why bother though?

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Remembered liking this when I was in Italy... but then again, I was young and in love... with drinking.
Oh, still am.
But why I’d spend premium bucks for a Moretti on top of the price I was paying for dinner is beyond me. Smells like nearly every other macro, tastes watery, made me gasseous (or was it the food?).
Either way, a pointless beer.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2007 This beer is similar in bitter hop content to Peroni but does not have the grassy taste or malt character of Peroni. Still this is a decent beer but it is just so forgettable.

1.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle from Beers of the World. Goodness, another beer with no aroma, no taste, no nothing. Poured ugly yellow with not a lot of head. Too much carbonation. Starts out poor and goes downhill from there. Hard to call this average. Below average is more like it.
