Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Fizzy yellow beer. This is almost what one expects from the mass-market American beers. Boring, slightly skunky, but otherwise rather tasteless. Barely gives water a run for its money.

Poured yellow with a small white head...smell is skunky and grainy...a little malty but going into a tradional skunky lager-ness...

This is a very average beer. Taste about like a MGD or something simular. Not good, not bad, just there.

Dig the fedora on this guy, and the way he is one with the Dao in communing with his beer. Sans moustache, he would be metrosexual beer drinker of the 1920’s. Fizzyness disappears quickly, champagne like bubbles left in small stream. Just the right balance and color to go great with fresh pizza or pasta. I’ll probably have this again.

Sweetish aroma, thin in the mouth and a bit cardboardy. Like turbo says here below: Not bad, but...

Bottle poured golden yellow with no head.Weak clean nose. Weak flavor and a bit of a metalic finish. Not bad, but it is just a run of the mill beer.

Very light golden-yellow color. Small white head that dissipates quickly. Well carbonated. Slightly sweet aroma. Lousy macro taste.

JonMoore (1981) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - NOV 25, 2004
Bottle. Pale golden colour with foamy, quickly dying white head. Faint malty aroma. Not much going on in the taste department, some sweet malts. Light and inoffensive enough; one of the ’ok with food’ brigade.

One good Italian beer. Foam and persistence of medium level. Yellow color gold, shining and of good fizzy.
