COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Grassy skunky aroma that pours clear with a lot of carbonation and a medium white head. Doughy and malty and rather mild all around, not very impressed by this one.

This was rather nasty. Of course, in this sense, "rather" means "completely."

Average beer, straw golden colour with small head that hardly lasted. Aroma was soapy doughey yeasty with a slight bitter initial taste followed by a malty finish.

Poured a straw golden color with a fluffy small white head. Metallic, grassy aroma. Slightly hoppy taste, alittle malt, bad aftertaste. Slightly thirst quenching.

Not a big Pils fan to begin with, this was an average beer all the way around. Not a whole lot different than Miller High Life IMO.

Always a pleasant and reliable beer that is light in the Hops department and smooth in the taste department. A good warm weather beer and also good with hearty italian food as it is not too filling. Savory and reasonably priced making it a good house beer for when guests come over. I do enjoy the similar Peroni beer better, but that's just me. Just thinking about Birra Moretti makes me thirsty!

Still a typical mass produced lager. It just costs more since it is imported. Has a little barley and hops taste. Finishes lightly.

Pours clear light gold with high carbonation. Decent white bubble head with OK retention. Metallic aroma with a hint of malt behind it. Very bland innofensive flavour. Quite refreshing though. Slight bitter tingle in the finish. Thin, though not too watery. Not as bad as expected.

Italians should stick to making wine. Has a slight bitterness to it but other than that is a plain yellow boring beer. I can drink it but it's not very good. Better than most American Standards but that is it.
