Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Bottle: Poured a golden colored brew with almost no head. Aroma is quite thin and almost non-existent. Taste is a light mix of sweetness with some floral malt. No aftertaste to speak of and carbonation is not good. Body is quite thin. Overall, this is a refreshing lager that doesn’t have much in term of taste.

Smells like lemons and cookies? Am I crazy? Apperance is golden and bubbly. The taste is a little weak with some sour and bitter flavors present. Its aftertaste is a bit dry. It would do ok on a hot day.

Halfway decent. Looks and tastes like the Italian’s version of an American Standard. I can definitely tell that it’s a Heineken product. Not bad, but not terrific either.

Were it not for the moustachioed man on the label I might not think as hihgly as I do. Not that I think all too highly of this. On the one hand, standard fair like what gets shot down here a lot. On the other is it not having a bunch of off flavors and the sense of being adjunct laden.

Skunky aroma, nothing special to report, just seems to get stocked at bars because its one of a short supply of beers from Italy.

Light amber color, small white head that actually had a decent hangtime. The aroma was lightly malty and lemon grass, with a mild hop presence.Light malt taste with a mild corn flavor coming through and mild fruit possibly lemon. The after taste is mild hops and the finish is fairly clean. Not a bad brew but there is little here to really excite me.Well worth trying atleast once but nothing more then that.

Recommended by the owner? of a good Italian restaurant in Windsor as a "darker, more interesting beer." Sheesh. And I could have been hitting up Patrick O’Ryan and his 25 beers on tap.

Skunky aroma right from the start. Billowy white head with a darker golden body. Taste is watery with some slight bitter hops qualities. Easily quaffable, but only because the watery consistency. Bland and boring.

Light, malt, acidic, yellow, much carbonation. Hoppy. White bubbly head. Like your average beer on tap at a mea

Well it’s slightly more appealing than the macro-swill and other Euro-lagers available around here, but still not very good. It has a little more colour than I expected and was quite malty - not as crisp as I expected but still OK.
