COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Pours a yellowish color. Has a white head. Smells like a spice attack is in my beer. Red pepper mixed with paprika. Taste is fairly spicy as well, with my red pepper mixed with paprika. The little green man on the bottle is staring at me while I drink causing me to feel uncomfortable. Eek.

Poured very pale with almost no head. I detect some pepper in the aroma. Taste is very skunky and not much else. Smooth, but not that tasty. Probably wouldn’t have another one.

I had this beer at a pleasant italian restaurant in mount airy, baltimore. It was presented in a chilled glass which added some value to this pretty standard beer. Brownish color. Poured cool. I mistakenly had pizza earlier in the day so I did not pair this with any foods. The leprechaun on the bottle confuses me because I didn’t think they were italian.

Clear straw pour, low head, no lace. Very skunky, corny aroma. Low carb, with a skunky cinnamon flavor. Thick, phlegmy mouthfeel. Not bad, much like a Heineken.

Appearance: Golden, clear and a very small, quickly dissipating head. Very little carbonation. Aroma: Very skunky and hops apparent. Not much else. Taste: Slightly floral with maybe a hint of wood in there. Very light body with a thin texture and very soft carbonation. Short finish, leaving your mouth crisp, but maybe a bit unimpressed. Refreshing beer, but I’ve had better.

Bottled and on tap. Yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma light malty and hoppy. Flavor light sweet, with very light bitter finish. On tap much more better than from bottle, but anyway another average Italian beer.

Golden colour. not much head. dull slightly hopy aroma. Fresh crisp flavour. Slightly fruity but ver dell and boring. all in all not bad.
