COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

One of a million pale euro lagers out there, but this one happens to be Italian. However it is still decent and nothing offensive going on and, yes, I would drink again if offered. Serving: Bottle

Bottle at Italian restaurant. Pours yellow gold with small white head. Faint aroma malt and hops. Tastes a bit skunky. Below average lager.

Clear and yellow, head with big bubbles. Aroma a bit earthy - maybe cardboard? Taste is traditional pale yellow lager. Finish is only slightly bitter. A clean beer, and decent for the summer, but I’d steer towards other warm weather offerings.

Pours a pour light golden color. Aroma is mainly of stale malts, aluminum, and.........I think..........possibly hops. Flavor is pretty much the same, just a little watered down and skunked. Leaves a skunked malt finish. Blah.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2010 Very forgettable, even amidst the other Heineken brands. Not bad, merely pedestrian

11.2 oz Bottle. Light aromas of grain, dried grass with a faint skunk aroma. Head is average size, frothy, white with no lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is sparkling clear amber/gold. flavor starts lightly acidic and finishes lightly acidic but the skunk did not come out. Palate is light to medium, watery has a lively carbonation and a dry finish. Light and bland, nothing great.

Golden color. Very small head which dissapear quickly. A lot of carbonation. Very drinkable beer, with a soft taste.
