COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

330ml bottle from Tallinn, clear pale gold colour, medium fizzy white motly diminishing head, little bit of lacing. Moderately malty aroma of grain and caramel, light floral hops with a hint of lime. Taste is initially slightly sweet and fairly neutral, finish is slighlty bittersweet and acidic with a slightly chalky feel. Lively carbonation, light to medium body, dry mouthfeel. A fairly uninteresting bulk lager, with marginally more dimension than the supermarket stuff around here.

A nice refreshing lager, with some malt flavor but otherwise just an average lager ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

pours a clear golden color with a small white head. the aroma is bready and sweet malts. the taste is similar to aroma as well as a little bit of a hop kick. the mouth feel is definitely light and slightly watery. there is nothing off putting about this beer but there is something definitely strange in the taste that i cant quite wrap my arms around.

Pours a light yellow color with a sparse head. Zero lacing. Aromas of caramel and old hops. Slight palate of wet leather and licorice. Sweet lingering aftertaste (reminiscent of a candycane). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reminiscent of a michelada style. Has hints of lime, wet cardboard and extremely fizzy. Not terrible.

Color - dark straw, golden. Foam - white, plentiful but coarse, medium resistance. Fragrance - light, floral. Taste - soft, malty, slight hop bitterness. Long hoppy aftertaste. Drink very cold when heated - loses flavor. Average for use with pizza and pasta.

Bottle. Pours amber, its a lager and ’it does what it says on the tin.’ Not a great deal on the nose if anything, hint of hoppy bitterness at the end over some malty sweetness.
