COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Tap. Clear golden. Looks like a PL. Tastes like a PL. A little spicyness that I don’t find in American versions.

Tastes like an imported light European lager... oh wait, it is another imported light European lager! The best part of this beer is it’s appearance. If you like bright, clear, yellow beers; it’s beautiful. The taste was sort of like Heineken, which for me, is bad. Not much aroma either. Someone gave me this beer, so I’m not that upset.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale yellow with average fizzy mostly diminishing white head that left no lacing. Very light aroma of malt and hops. Flavor is more noticable than the aroma, but light as well leaning more on the bitterness. Light and dry on the palate. Italy is not known for its beer, this one is one reason why. Still better than most American macros.

Bottle. Pours a pale gold color with a decent white head. Mild hop aroma, taste is a mild rendition of any typical european lager, which to me makes it less offensive (Not a fan of those).

Delicate floral and fruity notes. Yellow gold color, medium bubbly head. Surprisingly malty sweet, has a mild spicy bitterness that provides a good balance. Light to medium mouth feel, seems somewhat substantial, yet finishes crisp. This was a nice, richer than normal Pale Lager. A solid easy drinker.

Bottle. This piss pale lager sucks terribly. Aroma of pale pilsner malt with a low etoh and skunky pale malt. Flavor is skunked hops and pale malt.

Yellow-gold with a white head that actually retains pretty well. Aroma is faint grass and grain. Flavor is analogous to a US macro but without the disgusting adjunct taste. Light, grainy, and a little fruity. Easy to drink, goes well with food.
