1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 strings (377) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - NOV 4, 2007
Bottle. A fairly pointless beverage, surely suitable only for Italians who really really don’t like wine. Thin sweet hay.
2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 dp (547) - uniontown, Ohio, USA - NOV 3, 2007
typical pale lager aroma, nothing repulsive, very clean taste, light on hops, mild malt, not bad, nothing special
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 grimreeser (797) - Minnesota, USA - OCT 26, 2007
Pours a clear golden with very little head. Slightly malt aroma, slightly sweet flavor. Tick.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 golubj (1376) - San Mateo, California, USA - OCT 23, 2007
Bottle. I didn’t pour it out of the bottle, so I am unsure of the color and head. The flavor was of earthy malt, kind of like it was lightly roasted. Not bad for the style.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 dkazuk (248) - winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - OCT 21, 2007
355ml bottle.
Pale hey colour with a bubble white head. Smells like an average pale lager. Malty with earthy citrus hops. Tate of sweet but bland malts and below average pale lager hops.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 decaturstevo (3669) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - OCT 21, 2007
Notes from 06 knoxville brewers jam. Clean golden pour. Smooth drinker with a flavor of wet paper. Almost no bitter and a bit thin, but I would drink another.
3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 cazort (456) - Newark, Delaware, USA - OCT 20, 2007
Typical for an Italian-style lager: yeasty, weak malt flavor, not much bitterness or hops. Comparable to Peroni...this brew is a tiny bit less sweet, and a tiny bit more bitter, but with a bit more of the "macro" sourness. Perfectly drinkable, if a bit bland.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 douglas88 (3678) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - OCT 18, 2007
Bottle. Pours a light gold with a weak frothy head. The taste is pretty weak; some hops and a sweet malt. Quite a thin and watery body. Not great, but decent. Drinkable.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Hammster (187) - Eagan, Minnesota, USA - OCT 17, 2007
Very clear yellow pour with a small head. Grainy and slightly malty aroma. Mild and sweet taste that’s not enjoyable in any season. With its bland nature this would go well with a plate of plain spaghetti.
