COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Can a beer get any lighter and clearer in colour than this one? I haven’t drank macro-lagers in a long long time so wow i’m shocked. There is almost no aroma besides light malts and corn. Same goes for the flavour.

12oz bottle pours pale yellow with white head. Aromas of straw and a bit if citrus. Flavor is a bit watery but overall pretty tasty. Body is light and finish is crisp

Completely inoffensive. Tiny bit malty. Nothing stands out enough to recommend but I’d drink it if one was offered to me.

Bottle @ home shared with DutchDrebus. Clear yellow / golden color, almost no head, just a slight white lacing on top. Smell almost nothing. Tastes like an ordinary pilsener, though not a real good one. Too much carbo for a beer of only 4.6%ABV.

Bottle. Golden and yellow. Nondescript. Kind of skunky. Really not very good.

355ml bottle. Golden colour with a slightly bitter taste. Good enough for clearing greasy pizza off the palate.
