COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Italian are not definitively known for good beers. This one reminds me a Fiat Spyder, topless, on a rainy day. But by Italian standards, not a bad beer either. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Obrzydliwie nudne i bez jakiegokolwiek wyrazu.

Bright pale straw color with moderate activity. Slightly foamy white 2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, making average legs. Flavors of skunk, sweet grains, faint corn, noble spices. Lots of sweetness but not too heavy, a little bitter with lots of sharpness. Slick medium body, quite smooth, with excessive prickly carbonation. Light finish with a faint mouthfeel of grassy bitter hops and sweet roasted malts. Overall this one is almost average quality being a little better than most euro pale lager, and the adjunct feel is very subtle. Very light, although fresh, and the body is not too bad. Drinkable on a hot summer day.

Beer with light color, light body, almost don’t taste like a beer, (drunk a 66cl bottle in Pizzeria "Piccolo Mondo" @ Pisa).

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into a lager glass. Appearance: Clear golden colour, with short-lived foam. Aroma: A hint of dusty grains. Palate: Light body, almost watery; medium to high carbonation. Taste: A hint of hops; moderate bitter aftertaste, but not much. Overall impression: Light and drinkable but nothing recognizable, usual commercial lager.

Bottle at a restaurant in Genoa. A very clear pale yellow gold coloured pour with a a fading white head. Aroma is sweet malts, green apple, lager notes. Flavour is watery and sweet, mineral and some green apple. Chalky finish. Palate is gassy, thin and watery. Pretty bog standard macro lager.
