Il sapore del malto, forte e persistente ne fa apprezzare la particolare cura con la quale è stata prodotta.<br /><br /> Ingredienti: Acqua, malto d orzo, luppolo, lievito.<br /><br /> Alc./vol: 4,5 %<br />OG: 1041<br />FG: 1010<br />Mastro Birraio: Rikard<br />Servire a: 8 C<br /> Travasare in una sola volta la birra in un bicchiere o caraffa.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of thewolf. Pours clear and golden orange with huge off-white head, slight fizzy. Mild fruity and citrusy to cornish aroma. Breadish and malty flavour with a solid bitterness beneath. Lasting bitterness into the finish with a mild fruity note coming through. Solid breadish into the far finish.

Pours clear golden with a big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is malty, light citric, some red apple. High carbonation, slightly watery. Mild flavour, pretty crisp maltiness, and quite sweet. Some okay citric hops in the end.
