RBESG 2010, draught at Open Baladin
Hazy copper color. Light malt and spice aroma, light honey. Dry caramel flavor, and spices from the yeast. Correct bitterness. Quite pleasant.

Pale amber with a lasting white head. Herbs, sulphur and yeast in the nose. Sweet and yeasty flavour with herbal notes

From tap at Open Baladin. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light roasted malty. Slight caramelish. Dry phenolic and dry malty. Light caramelish mixed with a light bitterness and dry yeasty phenolic notes. Lingering fruity and spiced yeasty.

On tap at Open Baladin. Clear deep amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is citrus, caramel, herbs and yeast. The flavour is quite herbal with some caramel and fruity notes. The yeast is noticable.

5th June 2010 - Draft at Open Baladin. Hazy amber beer. Good white head. Semi dry palate, fairly crisp. Dry even malt - a little spicy. Undertone of banana. Compentent but unexciting.

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100602]

Bottle @ Open Baladin, Rome. Pours unclear golden with a small creamy egg white head. Nose is yeast, fruit and herbs. Flavor is dry, yeasty, fruity and spicy. Medium bodied.

Fatta apposta per l’Open di Roma, forse la meno rilevante delle produzioni di Pasturana; una ale pulita e bilanciata, ma che non lascia granché.
