Edizione 2011: più secca di quella dell’anno precedente, è molto profumata e beverina a dispetto del grado alcolico. L’aroma di lamponi è fresco e molto evidente. Quest’anno la promuovo in pieno.

[ As Birra Pasturana Framboise ].
Unclear medium orange red colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, barnyard, baking yeast notes, moderate to light heavy raspberry, berry, fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, raspberry, fruit - berry, baking yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120122]

Short-lived, yellowish head over pale amber-ochre beer. Sourish, with a caramel backlash, slightly fruity nose only. Much sweeter taste than expected, with a fruity, slightly sourish finish. Refreshing, light to medium bodied, despite the alcohol. Acidburn remains restricted. Nice try!
