Spillata a CO2 al Concordia di Pasturana. Si presenta in modo classico: colore scuro, schiuma beige, olfatto torrefatto di malti tostati. In bocca prevale un leggero dolce che la rende "cioccolatosa".
Piacevole.

Bottle in Rome. Opaque black beer. Short lived bubbly tan head. Crisp palate. Dark malt with very mild roast. A little licorice. Crisp sharp fruits underneath. A light and crisp stout that doesn’t compromise on flavour.

Dark brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with burned malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour with burned malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Finished burned and rather.

Bottled. A black beer with a disappearing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and soy sauce as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, soy sauce, wood, and roasted malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malt, breadish and mild liqourice. Hard roasted malt, toffee, coffee and breadish. Dark roasted and mild acidic to the bitterness into a dry malty finish. A bit too acidic on the roasted malt.

Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coconut, licorice notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]
