Pale yellow colour, moderate sized head; aroma and taste of corn and it would be very hard to find anything else...maybe some spice in the finish

A Balkan pils from Kosova. Not bad not perfect. But I can imagine, during a hot summer the beer could be a nice refreshment for for Kosovians. C@H

Drank a bottle of this in a hotel in Pristina, Kosovo, while we used their wifi to look for our hostel. Poured into a flute a light golden. Sweet malt and corn aroma but not bad for the area. Taste actually had some hops and crispness.

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks DSG. Clear gold, white film, wet paper and sugar aroma, sweetish and cardboard taste. Light body, sickeningly sweet aftertaste.

Can shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Douberd for this can! Clear straw. Aroma of graininess, paper, butter and vegetables. Sweetish flavor with graininess, diacetyl and paper. Light-bodied. Bad.

500ml can served in a pint glass. A: Looks like a Lager beer. Pale yellow clear color. Forms a big aired bubbled white head. Medium retention, some lacings formed. So far, so good S: Sweet grains, "cornish", not bad on skunky hops. A bit metallic T: Weird beer. Upfront is mainly sweet grains. Followed by corn and cardboard. In overall a dry beer with a stingy hoppy end. Bit metallic too M: Light body. Medium carbonation. Bitter hoppy aftertaste O: Low drinkability. Poor [ BA Review @ 7/7/2012 ]

Many thanks to CH-303 for this bottle. Name on the bottle: Birra Peja Original. Grainy nose. The beer starts sweet, fresh with lots of grain. Not too bad. Sharper bitter till the end, grain, sweetish, easy to dink. Fine, but nothing special!

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2014 Bottle in Gjakova. Crystal clear yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of light straw, subtle white pepper. Taste is mildly bitter and plain. 6-3-5-3-8-2.6 Freshly filled bottle from the source, pulled off the bottling line by Korab just before capping, thank you sir! Consumed from the bottle, so can’t comment on appearance and limited exposure to aroma, but it seems the same. Taste is slightly more hay and straw, light lemon, cool and refreshing. 6-3-7-3-10-2.9
