Bottled 33cl. 4.0 ABV. It pours a pale golden beer with a thick and nicely remaining white head. The nose is malty with hints of pineapple, figs and sorbet. Slightly oily and smoky. Nicely flowery with a good hop character. A rather enjoyable aroma. The taste is sweet, grassy and nicely malty. Strong flavors despite the beer’s low alcohol content. Some pineapple, sorbet and hops showing up. A wonderful mouthfeel. Beautiful lacing. This pilsener has a rather low bitterness. This clearly is a very nice example of its style. The finish is grassy with hints of lemon and herbs. A pleasant surprise. I can’t understand why the ratings are so low. Clearly underrated for me.

Simply the best beer in the Balkans that Ive ever been able to find. Standard golden color with a white head, very clean. Taste is a touch sour/bitter but rather sweet and robust. Terrific quencher and a standout for style and region.

Az ilyen elvetemült sörfanatikusok, mint ő nem riadnak vissza semmitől, ha egy-egy különleges példány akadhat a horgukra. ’Hátha ez jó neked’ – mondom is neki. De Béla megnyugtat, ne parázzak má: most éppen nincs ott háború. Kiderül még tőle, hogy azok ott igazából szerbiai albánok és hogy az ország területe nagyobb, mint Győr. Na meg hogy egy óriási Bill Clinton kép van a róla elnevezett sportcsarnokukra felfüggesztve. Már-már annyira elhatalmasodott rajtuk a clinton kultusz, hogy szobrot is emeltek nekije. Hát igen, sokat köszönhetnek az öregnek. No, de hát hallassunk pár szót e malátás löttyükről is. Igazán nem érződik rajta a háború íze. Úgy értem, nem csapta meg a háború szele: azaz, hogy mijen viszontagságos körülmények között kell helytállnia a helyi sermesternek. Minden dicséretet megérdemel, mert ez egy nagyon jól sikerült kis pilzecske lett. Bevallom őszintén, én valami vizes testű lagerfajzatra gondoltam. Komoly, ütős testtel támad le minket, mint egy koszovói partizán. Lesből támad, nem szemtől szembe. Esélyt se hagy a győzelemre. De azért könnyen csúszik. Na de nem úgy, mint az a bizonyos arany ászok, ami olyan egy lónyál, hogy még egy ló se tudná lenyelni, inkább köpné ki. Sőt akkor inkább má egy láma. Lámanyál. Észre se veszi az ember, és már le is gyűrte. Ez gyors hadművelet volt. A veszteségeket feljegyezve elkészült a blitzkrieg bop. Mielőtt azonban még a Ramones elhúzná a végső nótáját, említsük még meg róla, gyönyörűen gyöngyöző arany színét, és negatívumként aztat, hogy utóíze lehetne kicsit karakteresebb, gyorsan elvész a szájban.

At EBF 2008.Bottle golden colour with off-white head.Aroma is hoppy and grainy with flavor of corn and hay,good pilsner i think better then many Danish plain pilsners.

Finally popped open the bottle my friend brought back from the region. Pours a clear, pale gold with a surprisingly large head that lingers well. Aroma is startlingly similar to a golden Belgian ale - golden raisins and sweet fruits on the nose. Tastes like some of the better beers I’ve had in South America - very clear with low carbonation, refreshing but a little dilute. I’m sure I’d have this every day if I were in Kosovo - many thanks to ML for the opportunity to try it!

bottle. Clear pale yellow, mid-sized head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, pleasant malty background with some really god aromatic hops. Well-balanced, clean and crisp. I must say, I really enjoyed this one.

The one in tap is way better and fresher, it’s a decent cheap beer to drink when you go out to get drunk. If you want to drink with passion slower drink something else.

Draught at Strip Depot, Pristina. Appears golden with a lively white head. Nose and flavour of honeyish malt and faint herbal hops. Thin-medium bodied. Moderate bitterness. A touch creamy and hoppy in the finish. Actually a half decent lager.

Pale yellow of color with a nice white head. An aroma of malt, crispy, bisquit, barley and weak hops. A flavor of barley, bisquit, malty and fruity notes.
