1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
33 cL bottle. Pours yellow clear with a lacing head. Grainy aroma. Flavour is the same with a dry bitterness. Another great standard world wide pale lager.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
An orange beer with a nice white head. The aroma is malty and quite hoppy, but also with a slight metal tinge. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and hops, but again a slight metal tinge at the very end on the tongue. A quite clean beer, but the body is thin.

1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottled. Golden colour with small white head. Aroma is hay, white bread, some skunkyness and overall very boring. Flavour is saltwater, hops and some earthyness. Boring and watery and slightly offbalance too.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: FEB 5, 2003 Bottled. Pale olden, average head. Reasonably malty, a bit sweet. Some late bitterness. Unremarkable Albanian Heineken-clone. They even got the skunkiness right. (my bottles were called Premium Tirana Pils, and no other bottled Albanian beer seemed to exist in Tirana.)

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: JAN 12, 2009 Can, courtesy of Philippe (Bov), thanks for the new country!
Cloudy blond color; frothy head. Strange aroma, paper and some citrus fruits. Common lager, with a light wheat character and light sourness. Correct bitterness. As a Lager, it’s a failure, as a Wheat it’s about average.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle at St George’s Cemetary RB Gathering. Again hats off to Chris_o for this one. Golden colour with white head. Bit of a farty aroma. Yeah it’s a sickly beer and I frankly am not a fan.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle, shared by yespr. Clear, maybe a bit pale, golden, with a white head. Malty and grainy aroma. The flavor has a malty sweetness and grainyness, and it feels quite thin in the mouth. Not a good beer, but it’s not bad either. Not a beer I will miss. (071005)
