COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Corposa e aromatica. Birra Venezia Rossa è una doppio malto prodotta con lieviti selezionati a bassa fermentazione. Caratterizzata da un colore ambrato intenso, da una schiuma fine e persistente e da un aroma caramellato che sfuma in fragranze gradevolmente fruttate. Tipica birra da degustazione, Birra Venezia Rossa esprime il meglio di sé con piatti dai sapori decisi, formaggi stagionati, arrosti e carni rosse grigliate.

Pours deep red with a low head. Aroma is malts and caramel. Flavor is malts, caramel and some hops. Good but a tad boring.

A reasonable bock. Not much head but a nice colour, deep mahogany. Fairly long (and broad) in the mouth with pleasant caramalt and woody notes, some slight sourness. Not complex but at least not too sweet and sticky, alcohol flavour under control, not as much dms as the bionda.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained normale carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a two apparent redbrown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a caramel touch. This beer smells light roasted malt.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white bubbly head. Sweet malts, a bit of caramel, alcohol and syrup. Medium bodied.

Bottle, 6.4%. Dusty aroma. Hazy red brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is quite malty, has some toffee but not quite butter. OK level of alcohol.

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, malt extract, mazipan mase, vegatable. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Clear reddish amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hints of hops. Sweet flavour with toasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Finished dry.

Amber color. Reasonable caramel aroma, but the caramel flavor is more clearly spoiled by a strong vegetables presence. Unpleasant.
