Bottle: Poured a reddish copper clear amber. Head was bubbles off white. Aroma is sweet with malts and light veggie. Taste is malts and wood, sweet sticky finish.

Actually a pretty decent beer compared to most of the stuff I had in Italy. Pours copper with a small head. Aroma is sweet with a lot of malt. Taste is malt and it is a little thick. Solid flavor though.

Pours deep red with a low head. Aroma is malts and caramel. Flavor is malts, caramel and some hops. Good but a tad boring.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained normale carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a two apparent redbrown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a caramel touch. This beer smells light roasted malt.

Bottle, 6.4%. Dusty aroma. Hazy red brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is quite malty, has some toffee but not quite butter. OK level of alcohol.

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

A reasonable bock. Not much head but a nice colour, deep mahogany. Fairly long (and broad) in the mouth with pleasant caramalt and woody notes, some slight sourness. Not complex but at least not too sweet and sticky, alcohol flavour under control, not as much dms as the bionda.
