Tutored tasting with the brewmaster of Birracrua and the Italian expert Lorenzo Dabove. Clear golden colour with a thick persistent white head. Aroma of honey, flowers (camomile), weak intensity of yeasty (pizza dough). Initial honey-like sweetness, followed by a pleasant bitter flavor and herbal aftertaste. Well body, well-balanced, watery texture, very drinkable.
